Zio's Pizerria: Baguio City's local pizza... yet more international taste

When we talk about pizza's we usually think of Italy, cheese, tomato sauce, mushrooms, and the like. When we talk about Baguio City, we usually think of the mountains, strawberries, vegetables and the like.

With the bright idea and hardwork of Mr. Emil Agcolicol and Mr. Henry Revilla they brought Italy here in Baguio City by establishing Zio's Pizerria, a local and 100% Baguio based Pizza store that can compete to the quality of taste, smell and service of any International Pizza Houses.

Zio's has been operating since 2007 and for 5 years here in Baguio City they have been successful because they really maintain the quality of food to serve to their costumers, they
are innovative and always improve their products and services they give and lastly they really accept criticisms for self improvement. Their pizza's are really very different because of local taste of the pizza's like any other Filipino would love.

The first that I've tasted was the very intriguing Beef Melanzana. It is very intriguing because you can't really imagine that eggplants can be a toppings of a pizza.

The second one I've tasted is the very eye-catching Quattro Formaggi because it is not a usual pizza with toppings in top of a dough. It is a combination of four cheese the most common in pizzas like the Mozarella, the friendly taste of Cheddar, and Parmessan and Ricotta.

It's also a privilege to taste the the pizza which is not yet in their list of menu, the Crispy  Crust Pizza. I highly recommend everyone to try this one.
